Every Wednesday afternoon, we organise a cheese-making workshop. We share with you the history of cheese-making, of the region, of our family and if you're lucky, you might get the chance to meet the friendly cows who made the milk for your cheese!
Each participant has the tools to make their own cheese. You can pick it up a few days after the course, for a creamy fresh cheese, or a few weeks later for a soft "tomme" cheese.
The workshop lasts 2 hours and the fee is 45CHF per work station (one or two people per work station). Make sure you book in advance because it gets full REALLY fast.
